Yesterday (December 20) Young Thug's brother entered a negotiated guilty plea. He is apart on the many YSL group members that was indicted on Rico charges. The Atlanta justice department has labeled "YSL" record label as more than an entertainment company but instead "Young Stoner Life" is violent.
On Tuesday (December 20) Quantavious Grier, plead guilty to receiving stolen property. Grier faces 12-year sentence with 2-years commuted to time served and 10-years probation.
Also known as "Unfoonk" by many can't believe he "snitched" on his brother. He took to instagram to express he did not "snitch".
A former prosecutor has stated that is anyone who took a plea can be called to testify against Young Thug and can only plea the 5th amendment if it's incriminating information about themselves.
As reported I reported last week; Gunna was the first to enter plea deal. He was released within hours of leaving court. Gunna told WSB-TV "He never considered YSL as a gang." He wanted to make his situation clear on plea deal; "I have not made any statements, I have not been interviewed, I have not cooperated, have not agreed to testify or be a witness for or against any party in the case and have no plans to participate in any trial process."
Young Thug's sister has also took to instagram to express her thoughts on plea deals. She asked everyone to not call Gunna a "snitch", because it does not help her brother Thug's case.
