If you haven't already eaten enough Girl Scout cookies, you might want to take a trip to your nearest IHOP to try out their new Pancake of the Month for March – the Girl Scout Think Mints pancakes. The minty, chocolatey pancakes are green and come topped with cheesecake mousse and pieces of Thin Mints cookies. They are only available at IHOP locations in the month of March. The only question is, which of IHOP's signature syrups will you drizzle on a mint-chocolate pancake?
