Many continue to send their love and prayers out to the family member of Fernando Villavicencio. Villavicencio was one of Ecuador's presidential candidates, and former journalist who was vocal about condemning corruption and gang activity. What: An 8 year-old in library being video tapped by man leaves mom and other parents in shock.
According to NBC 6 News "Jonathan Goldenberg, 37, was charged with voyeurism of a child after providing a full confession for taking a video of the 8-year-old girl in the library located at 9101 Southwest 97th Avenue." Goldenberg was seen by the 8 year-old's mom in the library using his phone under the table. Authorities are now asking for the help of parents to take a look at this picture to see if they recognize Goldenberg as there maybe more victims. Click Here
