Dish: Vegetarian Legume with Pita Bread
Ingredients From Chef Mimi:
cabbage , water crest , egg plant , carrots green and red peppers, olive oil , butter small amount of tomato paste.
Fresh Haitian seasoning
Directions: peel and cut all vegetables , boil to soften, smash all vegetables.
Put a small amount of olive oil in pan , add seasoning , add tomato paste , stir than add vegetables and additional seasoning.
Serve finish product on a pita bread .
