Family members and friends gathered this past Friday to remember the life of 8-year-old Jada Page. Community members celebrated the life of little Jada with a prayer, dance performances - which she loved to do, speakers and the unveiling of "Jada Page Boulevard." Community leaders are continuing to do what they can to stop the gun violence that is plaguing the community.
Jade the beautiful little girl who was tragically shot in the back of head in 2016 was said to be a fun loving energetic kid who loved to dance. Sadly while leaving her home getting ready to head out to watch a movie with her father, authorities say little Jada was shot on her front porch- thus being victim of a drive by shooting. She unfortunately died.
As of today (February 19th, 2022) the killer has not yet been found.
