Welp, this might be good news for some. With pandemic still causing some set back and delays, the IRS announced recently that they will be extending the filing deadline. The Internal Revenue Service original filing deadline is April 15th, but it has now been extended to May 17th, 2021 of course giving people more time to file.
For some who may still need another extension past May 17th, they can still request an extension which is now until October 15.
