Officials are urging residents to adhere to the recent 'boiling water' advisory. The advisory is in effect for residents within the Coconut Creek, Pompano Beach also Hillsboro Beach Boulevard to the north; NW 16th Street to the south; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east; and the Florida Turnpike to the west; as well as the area bounded by NW 77th Court to the north; NW 73rd Street to the south; Lyons Road to the east; and North State Road 7 to the west.” This advisory is a result of the lighting that struck last night (Tuesday- February 16th, 2021) which hit the water supply.
