February 1st marks the first day of the nationally recognized celebration of Black History Month. Now more than ever many across the world are recognizing the important role that Black people have played within our history. From inventors to civil rights leaders, bankers, doctors, men and women who have put there own lives on the line to ensure the next generation moves forward in a positive direction.
