The new Miss USA is..... Asya Branch. Making history as the first African American Miss Mississippi USA back in 2018. She is also the first woman from her home state to be crowned Miss USA. From gun control, to reintegrating inmates back into society, the ebony beauty spoke about all of the above. Branch is not shy about talking about her father who she says went to prison when she was a kid and her mother was left with 4 kids to raise. However this is where her passion for reintegration - reform stems from. Branch won the title of MISS USA 2020 last night succeeding beloved Miss USA 2019 Cheslie Kryst.
