As of this morning Aug 1st, 2020 Hurricane Isaias remains a category 1 storm. Officials say "The storm’s maximum sustained winds fell to 80 mph, and it maintained its forward motion at 12 mph as it continued moving northwest, according to the NHC’s latest advisory on Saturday. A hurricane warning was issued by the NHC for all coastal communities from Boca Raton to the Volusia-Flagler county line. The latest projections show the storm arriving at the Treasure Coast by Saturday evening." orlandosentinel.com
Officials in the Bahamas have also confirmed that they are evacuating people on Abaco Island, who have been living in temporary structures since the major hit by Hurricane Dorian.
