After Broward County Mayor Dale Holness and other officials held a press conference last week, announcing that there would in fact be new guidelines put into place amid the continuous spread of the Coronavirus for local businesses many are now seeing that they mean business.
Code enforcers were out and about and making sure that businesses were adhering to the new guidelines. While some first time offense businesses were fined about $250, others were fined anywhere between $5,000 and $15,000.
