There's no doubt nearly half of the population in the United States have thought about what they would do if they actually won the lottery. Maybe buy the house you always wanted, give to a church, charity, go shopping, create a franchise- the list goes one. However only a handful of people actually win. While some don't even bother spending money on trying to win the lotto others will give it a go. This week a winner was announced -known as the 2nd largest lottery amount of 1.5 billion dollars, sources say that the man who won, actually let someone go in front before purchasing his own tickets, which ended being the winning tickets. Sources say the man actually opted out of being physically seen, remaining anonymous. The winner also decided to take the full pay out leaving him with 878 Million Dollars after taxes.
