Welp wonder no more according new reports this little boy from Bellefontaine, Ohio might just be the youngest there to get a tattoo- a real tattoo not one of those wash and go aways. Yes, a 10-year-old was spotted on social media getting a real tattoo, with what looks to be like his mom with him. According to authorities the boy was given the tattoo by a 16-year-old. Social media was outraged and many did not hold back their comments. The video has also been shared hundreds of times so far.
"Police said they visited the child’s home on Monday and discovered the boy’s mother knew about the tattoo and approved it.
