Many are calling last nights election results a 'BLUE WAVE' as 2 major gubernatorial races took place in New Jersey and Virginia. Both won by Democrats.
However what most people are talking about is Danica Roem the first openly transgender person elected and seated to a state legislature in the US.
In Florida Miami Beach residents voted no for the proposed change in alcohol being served on Ocean Drive.
The proposal would have prevented alcohol sales three hours earlier than the current 5 a.m. cutoff on a 10-block stretch of Ocean Drive.
