Nakenya was nominated because of her warm, giving and selfless heart, she created a non-profit organization and resource center helping those who are homeless and in need of getting back on their feet.
With a doors open to everyone policy, Nakenya's motto is "Help those in need- don't walk past someone who needs help'!
