Students might be lining up to take this particular music class... 

Grammy award winning artist Esperanza Spalding will be a professor at Harvard's Department of Music. From performing at the Grammy's and shocking the world after winning 'Best New Artist' 2011 and even performing her jazz pieces at the 'White House' Esperanza has played on a number of stages.

"This won’t be Spalding’s first time in front of students, she taught at Boston’s Berklee College of Musicfrom 2005 to 2008, and has instructed many pupils as an artist in residence in the years since. At Harvard, Spalding will lead courses in songwriting, improvisation and performance."
