According to these documents, the couple separated due to "irreconcilable differences," leading to a breakdown of their marriage that made cohabitation impossible. Both parties seem to be satisfied with the outcome. One of the key aspects of the settlement is that Tina will pay Richard a one-time sum of $300,000, and neither will receive spousal support. As part of the agreement, Tina will also retain a 2018 Tesla, a 2020 Bentley, her partnership with Penguin Random House for the Matriarch Book, a one-percent stake in Kirby Beauty Management LLC, as well as furniture, art, and all creative materials she produced during their marriage. However, she will still be responsible for any credit card debts incurred during their time together. Tina will keep her home in Los Angeles along with its contents.
