Wayne thanked the fans for their support, as he had just come from recording in the studio where his team reminded him he had to be at the awards. Wayne, later returned to the studio where he is working on the 'Carter 6' album.
Lil Wayne jumped on Big Freedia’s new single, “El Niño!”
“It’s one of my favorite songs on this record, it features my longtime collaborator Boyfriend, and it’s also my first collab with Lil Wayne, who I’ve wanted to work with for a long time. We put it down for our city, and this song is gonna have everyone blowin down!” Big Freedia said in a press release.
The track will appear on Big Freedia’s album Central City, which drops on Friday!
The 16-track LP will feature Faith Evans, Ciara, Kelly Price, Kamaiyah, Sonyae and The Soul Rebels.
