Offset delayed his album after the death of Takeoff and Hit-Boy dropped โ2 Certified,โ featuring Avelino at the end of 2022. The single is the latest to be a part of Hit-Boyโs upcoming sixth album.
โMy engineer David Kim, who was mixing the Nas album, was also mixing Avelinoโs album down the hall,โ Hit-Boy says. โSo Avelino came through, and by the end of the night, we had this record done.โ
