Doja Cat tops the nominations for the BET Awards with Ari Lennox and Drake tied for second!
BET announced the list of nominees, which include Ari Lennox, Drake, Baby Keem, and Silk Sonic, and will be hosted by Taraji P. Henson.
Doja Cat has six nominations, including "Best Female R&B/Pop Artist," "Best Female Hip Hop Artist," "Album of the Year," "BET Her," "Video of the Year," and "Best Collaboration."
As for "Album of the Year", Silk Sonic, H.E.R., Tyler, The Creator, Drake, Kanye West, Jazmine Sullivan, and Doja Cat will be competing for the award.
"Best Male Hip-Hop Artist" could go to Drake, Future, J. Cole, Jack Harlow, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, or Lil Baby, while "Best Female Hip-Hop Artist" nominees are Cardi B, Doja Cat, Latto, Megan Thee Stallion, Nicki Minaj, and Saweetie.
The BET Awards will air live on Sunday, June 26, 2022, from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
