Michael B. Jordan is celebrating his birthday!
Jordan broke into the biz with tv roles, but jumped into the public eye as Wallace in the first season of The Wire in 2002. He'd move on to the ABC soap opera All My Children and then moved on to Vince Howard in the series Friday Night Lights. His move to the big screen came with Red Tails and Chronicle in 2012.
He became a box office draw when he starred as shooting victim Oscar Grant in the drama Fruitvale Station in 2013, which led to , That Awkward Moment in 2014 and Fantastic Four. But, he gained star staatus as boxer Adonis Creed in Creed, and Erik Killmonger in Black Panther, as all three of which were written and directed by Ryan Coogler.
Jordan reprised his role of Creed in Creed II, and Killmonger in the MCU What If...? series, as well as in the Black Panther series. Michael's set to star and make his directorial debut in Creed III!
