It's T-Pain's B-Day!
The man that changed music by popularizing Auto-tune is 37 today.
He debuted in 2005 with Rappa Ternt Sanga, but it was his second album, Epiphany, that reached number one on the US Billboard 200. His third album, Three Ringz, came in 2008, hilighting a decade of hit singles, including "I'm Sprung", "I'm 'n Luv (Wit a Stripper)", "Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin')", "Bartender", "Can't Believe It", and "5 O'Clock".
T-Pain won two Grammys, one with Kanye West for "Good Life" and the other with Jamie Foxx for "Blame It", and founded Nappy Boy Entertainment in 2005.
Whether one likes it or not Pain popularized Auto-Tune, from 2006 to 2010, and was featured on more than 50 charted singles, none bigger than Flo Rida's debut single "Low", which is now 6x platinum.
