Cardi B surprised all at Paris Fashion Week, as she made her first post-pregnancy appearance since giving birth to her baby boy on September 4.
At the "Thierry Mugler, Couturissime" exhibit she appeared in a grand red-sequined couture dress with a matching cape and feathers. She, then changed into a form-fitting black ensemble, en route to a party, alongside the designer and supermodel Irina Shayk.
Cardi, took to social media to share some shots from the first outfit and thanked the fashion designer.
"Thank you @manfredthierrymugler for including me in such a historical night, the opening of your exhibit in Paris! Truly one of my favorite creative minds in the WORLD! I’m mind blown looking at your collections from over the years. A true Genius!"
This marks Cardi’s first public appearance since welcoming her second child with Offset.
"We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son," the couple said at the time. “He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can’t wait to introduce him to his other siblings."
Cardi B took to Instagram with a picture of herself, Offset, and their newborn with the caption, "9/4/21."
In the comments, friends chimed in with congratulatory messages.
"Congratulations babe. God bless," actress Lala Anthony commented.
"Congratulations. Many blessings to y'all," JT of the City Girls added.
This is their second child, as three years ago, the couple celebrated the birth of their first child, Kulture. The world learned about the baby bump during the 2021 BET Awards, when she posted a picture of herself with the caption, "2!"
"So beautiful! Congrats to you and Offset," BET replied.
