The Governors Ball is back in 2021.
Taking place at Citi Field in New York City, the Ball officially announced their return lineup, with A$AP Rocky, Post Malone, DaBaby, 24kGoldn, J Balvin, Megan Thee Stallion, Cordae, Young Thug, Burna Boy, 21 Savage, and more.
The three-day festival will celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Governors Ball. Tickets will go on sale on Thursday, 12 PM, but if you're a Citi card member, the presale is already open.
Festivals are on the comeback this year as Bonnaroo is returning September 2-5, 2021. featuring Megan Thee Stallion, Run The Jewels, Janelle Monáe, Young Thug, Jack Harlow, Nelly, Omar Apollo, Lizzo, G-Eazy, Tyler, The Creator, and Lil Baby.
By September, many of us will be vaccinated fully so it looks like plans are going ahead.
Tickets start at only $35 down.
The Outside Lands Festival is now scheduled for Halloween Weekend.
Headlined by Lizzo, and Tyler, the Creator, the three-day festival is set to take over Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.
Also on the bill for October 29-31 is J Balvin, Young Thug, Kehlani, 070 Shake, Rico Nasty, Nelly, and Kaytranada.
“We have been eagerly anticipating our return to Golden Gate Park for over a year now and although we have to wait a few months longer, we couldn’t be more excited to present an epic Halloween edition of Outside Lands,” said Allen Scott, President of Concerts & Festivals at Another Planet Entertainment and Co-Producer of Outside Lands. “The shift in dates allows us to work collectively to determine any new safety measures necessary to implement during the festival weekend. We ask fans to use this time before the festival to continue exercising common sense COVID safety practices and we look forward to being together again soon.”
