HOW is MSG Security NOT The Donkey Of The Day?!!
Patrick Ewing is THE GREATEST player in the history of the New York Knicks franchise. He is a Basketball Hall Of Famer, NCAA Hall Of Famer, starting center on the 1992 DREAM TEAM, and his jersey was retired by the team and hangs in the rafters of the Mecca we know as Madison Square Garden.
Today he is the head coach of the Georgetown men's basketball team, who's in The Big East Tournament at Madison Square Garden. One would think that if there is ANYONE who can freely walk about the hallowed halls it would be the single greatest player of the team that is the main tenant of the building. A man who's face is platered all over the place!
Unfortunately for Ewing, he had issues with the security at the arena. Everywhere he turned, he got stopped by security, and in his post-game press conference, Ewing questioned the arena's security noting that by now, everyone should know who he is.
"I thought this was my building and I feel terrible that I'm getting stopped, asked for passes," Ewing said. “Everybody in this building should know who the hell I am.”
The question Patrick Ewing should be asking the MSG security isn't do you know who I am, it's HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHO I AM?!!
Which leads me back to my original question. How is MSG security NOT THE DONKEY OF THE DAY?!!
Charlamagne Tha God, that's a Donkey move.
