Covid Patients Are Getting Help In Voting

With millions mailing in ballots, patients tht are battling COVID-19 are voting from their hospital beds.

Non-partisan group "Patient Voting" is making sure hospital patients get to vote.

Group founder, Kelly Wong, has seen an influx in patients wanting to cast ballots.

The patients are using the little-known emergency absentee ballot. About 200 people per day are reaching out for help.

Those hospitalized with COVID and their ballot is at home. The volunteer organization is helping the patients vote so as not to infect others.

In this the most important election to date there are those working to make sure all Americans who want to vote get to vote.
