Cardi B Stars In Her Own Feature Film

Cardi B has just scored the lead role in the upcoming Paramount comedy film Assisted Living.

Cardi is set to play the role of Amber, a thief who runs into trouble after a robbery gone wrong. Hiding from cops and her old gang, she ends up disguising herself as an old woman and hiding out in her grandmother's nursing home.

Assisted Living is said to be similar to Tootsie, Sister Act, and Mrs. Doubtfire. The film is based on a script by Kay Oyegun, who also writes for This Is Us. Temple Hill and Stephen Love will produce the film.

Cardi's last on-screen role was "Hustlers," and she also scored another role in Universal's Fast & Furious franchise F9.
