The woman involved in a fender-bender with Tracy Morgan in Manhattan told Inside Edition she's "traumatized" by the collision.
Morgan was seen on video raging after his brand-new Bugatti crashed into Jocelyn Madulid's Honda SUV.
“Get out the car!” he screamed, banging on the 61-year-old's window. "Just bought it," he added to witnesses. Madulid said she was terrified by the comedian. "I was just traumatized," she said.
Police have not determined who may be at fault for the accident, but one thing for sure is that Tracy Morgan is pissed.
