Meek Mill has amped up his community involvement recently, along with working on his music.
Recently he has made some major move sin his community of Philadelphia by donating 6k backpacks to students in August, and now, he is renovating a basketball court in North Philadelphia.

Meek says "North Philly will always be home. When kids go to East Fairmount Park, they deserve to ball in the best conditions possible, so I'm glad they'll have that opportunity now."
Aside from his plans to give back, the rapper recently revealed that his new album would be out "in a matter of weeks." He hasn't confirmed a release date, but he did that it is a "surprise album" so expect to see that project hit streaming services in the near future.
