Papa John’s founder John Schnatter recently resigned from his chairman position after he was caught saying the N-word on a conference call. However, now he has decided to sue the company.
According to his lawyers, they say it is because of “the unexplained and heavy-handed way in which the company has treated him since the publication of a story that falsely accused him of using a racial slur,” CNN reports.
Apparently Schnatter regrets walking away from the company and claims the boar did no investigation. According to the Shaderoom, "he also claimed they acted off of a “rumor and innuendo”… even though he admitted to using the racial slur himself."
