Since the recent story of a Starbucks employee calling the police on two black men minding their business and having them arrested in one of their stores, the backlash against the company has been real.
Well to send a message that Starbucks is taking steps to prove they are a non-racist establishment, they shut down more than 8,000 stores yesterday to do anti-bias training with 175,000 employees.
To make amends of the situation, the company's leaders also apologized to the men.
What do you all think? Will you still be brewing your coffee with the franchise?
