In a TMZ Sports, rapper Master P spoke out about the perfect person to lead the Toronto Raptors to victory. Himself!
In the midst of Dwane Casey's surprising firing, Master P put his name on the ballot now.
He's had a love for basketball for a long time, considering that in the 90's he tried out to become apart of the Charlotte Hornets and Raptors but ended up not being selected, according to The Bleacher Report.
He says: “I think I would be the perfect coach for Toronto because I understand the team, I understand the players. Toronto has two All-Stars. And you look at it right now and it’s like, you should’ve went farther in the playoffs.”
Someone should tell P that according to ESPN, the team is currently focused on hiring Mike Budenholzer, former coach of the Atlanta Hawks.
Looks like he might have to put those NBA dreams on hold.
