A local restaurant requires customers to pay before receiving food, which wouldn't be an issue if the only patron they're asking this of weren't just black.
A Toronto restaurant has recently be charged to pay $10k in damages after they made black customers prepay for their food.
According to World Star Hip-Hip
"the payment was ordered by Ontario's Human Rights Tribunal, which determined that Emile Wickham faced racial discrimination in the incident at a downtown Chinese restaurant, infringing on his human rights."
