One of our favorite girl groups, Xscape, just announced that they will be working on a reality show with Bravo TV!
According to BET,
Sources reveal that the reality show will be filmed in Atlanta and premiere right in time for more seasonal cheer: November. TMZ adds that it will feature Kandi Burruss, Tiny Harrisa and LaTocha and Tamika Scott while they gear up for their Essence Festival performance after a 20-year hiatus. Bravo has also placed Love & Hip-Hop’s lead producer and creator of Monami Entertainment, Mona Scott-Young, in charge for the executive producing duties for the series.
The rumors of the group’s biopic have also seated Scott-Young in the executive producer chair, stating that the ladies have entrusted such a sensitive production to her instead of networks such as TV One.
Be on the lookout for the series premiere date possibly arriving this fall.
