Word is that Jay-Z will be producing a six part documentary series on the life of Trayvon Martin. Martin was 17-years-old when murdered in 2012 by neighboorhood watch volunteer George Zimmeran, while unarmed.
According to NYTimes, they will be based off of two books: "'Suspicion Nation: The Inside Story of the Trayvon Martin Injustice and Why We Continue to Repeat It,' a firsthand account by Lisa Bloom about covering the Zimmerman trial as an NBC analyst; and 'Rest in Power: The Enduring Life of Trayvon Martin,' a biographical book about Mr. Martin written by his parents."
This is definitely long awaited.
