Miami-Dade's Tax Collector Speaks Out On Budget Crisis

Miami-Dade's Tax Collector crying foul over claims the five new constitutional offices, including his, are to blame for the county's financial crisis. Dariel Fernandez says years of overspending have led to the county being 402-million-dollars in the red. He says the county had seven years to prepare for this transition but never did. The mayor blames the constitutional offices along with state and federal cuts on top of increased costs.
