Lil Durk is back in the legal spotlight as new federal charges surface, accusing the Chicago rapper of allegedly ordering hits on O-Block members who prosecutors claim failed to retaliate for the death of King Von.
According to court documents, prosecutors are preparing to introduce new evidence, but Durk’s legal team fired back this week; filing a motion on Monday to have the allegations dismissed. The defense argues there is no direct evidence tying Durk to the alleged orders and accuses federal prosecutors of withholding key information, preventing them from properly preparing for trial.

A hearing on the motion is set for November 18, while Durk’s federal trial is scheduled to begin in January 2026.
As the case continues to unfold, fans and legal watchers alike are keeping a close eye on what could become one of hip-hop’s most high-profile federal trials in years.
