A tragic scene unfolded at Utah Valley University earlier today as conservative political commentator Charlie Kirk was shot in the neck during a scheduled speech on campus. The incident took place during a live event, sparking immediate panic and confusion among attendees.
Campus officials have since placed the entire university on lockdown, and all classes have been canceled until further notice. Emergency responders arrived on the scene within minutes, and Kirk was reportedly rushed to a nearby hospital. His current condition has not been confirmed.
Authorities are still investigating the motive and whether the suspect acted alone. No arrests have been publicly announced as of yet.
