Gunna's next project will be his last album under YSL Records. The Atlanta rapper dropped the news, but the message was loud and clear: heâs moving on from the label that helped launch his career.
The announcement comes as Gunna continues to rebuild his image post-2022, following the YSL RICO case that shook the hip-hop world. Despite the controversy, heâs been on a serious comeback â topping charts, selling out shows, and proving he hasnât lost his touch.
Gunnaâs 2020 album Wunna debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, cementing his place as a star and becoming one of the biggest trap albums of that year.

Gunna was originally discovered through Young Thugâs circle and featured on Thugâs Slime Season tapes before officially signing with YSL in 2016.
Whateverâs coming next, one thingâs clear Gunna is doing what's best and needed for himself.
