Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs just hit another legal roadblock. Sources confirm that the Bad Boy Records founder has been denied bail again and will remain in federal custody until his official sentencing date.
The court’s decision comes as Diddy faces serious federal charges, with prosecutors arguing he poses both a flight risk and potential threat to ongoing investigations. Despite his legal team’s attempts to negotiate release conditions, the judge wasn’t swayed.
His lawyers said the charges were a wild stretch of the Man Act law. They pointed out that the Mann Act — a law from way back in 1910 — was mainly used over the past 75 years to go after people making money from prostitution, like pimps or traffickers. Not regular people who buy sex.

Diddy once had one of the highest net worths in hip-hop — estimated at over $800 million. That makes this fall from grace even more shocking to the Hip Hop Community and a hard hit in the culture.
Since his initial arrest, Diddy has kept a low profile, and there’s still no official statement from his camp. Meanwhile, social media is buzzing, with many questioning how the once “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop” hitmaker ended up here.
Diddy has launched or helped launch over a dozen brands . From music acts to fashion lines to premium vodka; turning him into a hip-hop billionaire before legal troubles slowed his empire.
As sentencing approaches, all eyes are on what comes next for the entertainment heavyweight.
