The federal trial of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has entered a critical phase, with jurors beginning deliberations today Friday June 30.Sean Combs, 55, faces five serious charges: one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking, and two counts of transportation with intent to engage in prostitution.
If convicted he could face a sentence of up to life in prison.
Five hours in at this point; within the first hour of deliberations, tension emerged in the jury room. A juror; identified as Juror No. 25 could be "the wild card' potentially. The Forperson sent a note to the judge stating that no. 25 was struggling to follow the court’s instructions. In a rare move, the jury foreperson requested that Juror No. 25 be formally interviewed by the court, potentially signaling discord or concern about the juror’s ability to fulfill their duty.
