Wendy was transported to a hospital after she held up a sign in her assisted living facility window from the 5th floor. Wendy was escorted by NYC police officers during the situation.
The note was observed in the window of her fifth-floor apartment, though details about its contents have not been disclosed.
The results of her cognitive assessment have been forwarded to the presiding judge, as part of ongoing legal proceedings concerning her health and well-being. This update marks a significant moment in Wendy Williams conservatorship issues. As reported prior the NYC living facility is now under investigation by the Adult Protection Services.
