A$AP Rocky, born Rakim Mayers, is facing serious allegations after reportedly firing gunshots at his former friend, A$AP Relli, in a November 2021 incident. The case, which continues to unfold in court, is making headlines not only for the criminal charges but also for the tense courtroom dynamics involving some of the rapper’s close associates. The situation in question allegedly took place in Hollywood, where Rocky is said to have fired shots at A$AP Relli, whose real name is Terell Ephron. Relli, who was once a close friend of Rocky, claims that the shooting stemmed from a dispute between the two.
One of the more intriguing moments during the trial occurred when A$AP Twelvyy, another member of the A$AP Mob, refused to be interviewed by the prosecution before taking the stand. The prosecution had requested to speak with Twelvyy to gauge what he could offer as a witness.
"Prosecution would like the opportunity to interview you before you take a stand, just to find out what you have to offer and what you have to say. It’s optional; you can either agree to be interviewed or refuse. Are you aware of this?" the judge asked Twelvyy.
Twelfy, however, declined the opportunity to meet with prosecutors ahead of time. “No, no, I do not want to be interviewed,” he confirmed, which left the judge cautioning that his refusal might affect how his testimony is perceived when he eventually takes the stand. The move adds an extra layer of drama to an already tense situation.
Rocky's legal team is pushing that A$AP had a prop gun during the altercation. While on the other hand ASAP Relli testified in court repeating back what Rocky said to him at the time of the alleged shooting..... "Im going to kill you right now pu$$y while pointing a gun at him.
Rocky’s legal team also has mentioned that his significant other, pop icon Rihanna, may make an appearance in court soon. During today’s hearing, his attorney, Joe Tacopina, mentioned that Rihanna could show up to support her partner in person.
With Rihanna potentially making an appearance and the tension in the courtroom building, it’s clear that the legal battles surrounding Rocky are not only personal but also deeply public.
