While celebrating his 26th birthday, rapper Julio Foolio was shot and killed by a group allegedly hired to target the Jacksonville, FL artist. Five suspects have been tied to the crime with one still n the run.
Isaiah Chance 21,(aka Gudda Zay), Sean Gathright 18yrs old, Rashad Murphy, Alicia Andrews, and Davion Murphy, 27 have all been named as suspects. The police are still looking for Davion Murphy. Alicia Andrew, 21 s is the only female in the group of hitmen. She is also not listed in the prosecution motioned for the death penalty.
Recently, a video was leaked showing police interrogating Gudda. In the footage, the officer makes some shocking remarks about the deceased, rudely referring to Foolio as a 'piece of sh$t.
The police continued...... "he was asking to be killed… I can’t believe it took this many years for somebody to kill him, honest to god."
All five defendants are facing life in Florida State Prison," said Hillsborough County State Attorney Suzy Lopez. "Even those who didn't pull the trigger. In Florida, if you’re involved in planning a murder, you can be held accountable for the victim's death.
The tone of the State Attorney’s office stands in stark contrast to that of the police officer in the video, who makes light of the late rapper’s death.
