Recent updates in the murder of rapper Joolio Foolio has many left with questions concerning the suspects. Joolio was murdered on his 26th Birthday in Tampa, FL. The five suspects Isaiah Chance, Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy, Alicia Andrews, and Davion Murphy were quickly indentified in the police investigation as the persons responsible.

Davion Murphy is allegedly still on the run.

The remaining four suspects Isaiah Chance, Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy, Alicia Andrews are on trial for the brazion killing of Foolio. They've all been hit with the same charges of alleged first-degree murder, murder conspiracy, and attempted murder. Chance, Andrews, and Gathright were all denied bond.

Isaiah Chance and Alicia Andrews plead not guilty to four counts of premeditated first-degree murder. Sean Gathright pleaded not guilty to two counts of premeditated first-degree murder, attempted premeditated first-degree murder, and tampering with physical evidence.

Florida State Attorney Susan S. Lopez filed a motion with the intention of Gathright, Chance, and Rashad Murphy to receive the death penalty if they're found guilty.

Alicia is the only female apart of the crew that was allegedly on a mission to kill Foolio. She is also the only suspect that is not listed by the state in their request for the death penalty. It is unclear why Alicia is not names along with her co-defendants at this time.
