Blueface is currently held in a California jail after breaking his probation related to an assault case in Los Angeles County. Back in January he was arrested for violating probation in the assault case. A California judge is set to issue his sentence on July 29th.
Clark County District Court Judge Kathleen Delaney granted probation for up to three years while suspending a two-to-five-year prison sentence, meaning as long as he complies he want have to serve any jail time. Judge Delaney also sentenced Porter aka Blueface, to 30 days in jail but gave him credit for time served as he is already in jail in an unrelated California case.
Judge Delaney reminded Blueface that he was playing with his life......
Judge Delaney said. âYou are playing with your liberty, your life obviously. But youâre playing with your liberty if youâre going to have guns and do anything thatâs going to violate your probation in that regard.â as reported by 8 News.
