A report from The Associated Press confirmed that Today ( Tuesday June 11), Hunter Biden was found guilty on all felony charges linked to the purchase of a revolver in 2018. Prosecutors asserted that President Joe Biden's son violated several laws by falsely declaring on a mandatory gun purchase form that he did not use illicit drugs.
Consequently, the jury convicted Biden for lying to a federally licensed gun dealer, making false statements regarding his drug use on the application, and unlawfully possessing the gun for 11 days.
Biden is set to be sentenced by Judge Maryellen Noreika. He potentially faces up to 25 years in prison. However, it is widely anticipated that he will not receive the maximum sentence, given his status as a first-time offender.
Hunter's case is similar to Kodak Black's 2019 case.
