FYN Lucci Will Not Testify In Young Thug RICO Trial

Originally, the prosecution in Young Thug's Ricco case intended to summon over 700 witnesses to testify, but the judge has since reduced that number. Lil Wayne and Thugger’s brother Unfook were once potential witnesses but have since been excluded from the list.

Another big name that could potentially take the stand is Cash Money Records' co-founder Birdman might still be called to testify, whereas Thug’s past collaborator Rich Homie Quan has been subpoenaed by the prosecution.

Going into day 84 of this landmark trial slated to last until year 2025 cleared the name of Atlanta rapper YFN Lucci, will not be testifying. Lucci already made his intentions clear that he was not taking the stand in Young Thug's Ricco trial. The decision was confirmed in court by the prosecution after the judge asked if the rapper would be taking the witness stand.

Thug remains in Fulton County Jail facing eight charges.
