Tory Lanez Denied Again

Law & Crime reporter Meghann Cuniff, who has not missed a day of the Tory Lanez's case since it commenced in the Los Angeles County Courthouse, reported that Lanez has been officially imprisoned as of Thursday (Sept. 14). Unfortunately for Tory Lanez, his plea fell on Judge Herriford's deaf ears.

Cuniff wrote in her Tweet... “The motion will be denied and proceedings concluded. Thank you,” Judge Herriford said. Lanez grinned at his supporters, including his father and friends from the Unite the People legal services group, before being led out.”

Cuniff also reported that Lanez went into his bail motion with representatives from Unite The People, who signed off on his request for bail. Jose Baez, best known for his defense of Casey Anthony, could not appear in court on Lanez’s behalf due to “prior commitments.”

Initially Tory was offered a plea deal to serve four-years or take his chances with a jury. Tory has now exhausted all of his appeals in the Megan The Stallion shooting case.
