Desiigner agreed to plead guilty to indecent exposure for masturbating on a an airplane; according to TMZ. The deal may prevent the 26-year-old rapper from spending any time in jail. He has been accused of exposing himself during a flight from Tokyo to Minneapolis back in April.
In court documents state Desiigner was charged with a federal misdemeanor after allegedly exposing his genitals and masterbating during flight. After an airline staffer warned him with an "FAA violation card" he agreed to move to the back of the plane, where he could be monitored for the rest of the trip. Once the plane was back on U.S soil, Desiigner was detained and interviewed by FBI agents.
Shortly after his release from being detained by Feds, Desiigner took to Instagram to announce he was admitting himself to a mental hospital.
The “Panda” rapper will accept a plea deal on Friday (Sept. 8), agreeing to the recommended sentence of two years probation, a $5,000 fine, 120 hours of community service, plus a public apology to the Delta flight attendants.
